No recollection of this person, whatsoever, but really I love the colors in the cel, as well as its awesome background. I'm very tempted to remove Mo-chan's cape layer and go with just the frustrated magic-user, but that would require some amount of cleanup -- all three of the wonderful multi-layered cels that came in this auction were sticky, had obviously been forcibly pried apart before, and have paint particles stuck to lower layers.
